Final per-person lodging cost depends on the final headcount — the fuller the house, the cheaper it gets. Golf ($50/round) is separate from lodging unless the host decides to fold it in.

FAQ
What's actually included? +
Two nights of lodging (split by headcount), one guaranteed group golf round at $50/guest, and the Friday-night group meal. That's it — everything else is on you.
What if more than 12 people want in? +
7 beds, but the place flexes up to 12 with air mattresses. Spots are first-come via the form. After 12, you're on the waitlist.
When do I pay, and to who? +
Pay via Venmo (button above) once you've claimed a spot. Use the suggested note so the host can match your payment. Form = claimed. Payment = locked in.
Can I bail after I commit? +
Life happens — but lodging cost is split by final headcount, so a late drop bumps everyone else's share. Give the host a heads-up ASAP.
Can I golf more than the one round? +
Absolutely. The group round is the only organized one; book and pay for any extra rounds yourself at the course.
